Skystone Partners is an advisory firm based in Dubai. We help principals, family offices and organisations make important investment and management decisions, and we stay involved until they are delivered.

We work in small, senior teams. Every engagement starts with one conversation and a written view of the opportunity, the options and the risks. It ends when the work is done, not when the report is filed.

The work is retained, private and selective. Clients deal with the same people from the first meeting to the last, and every recommendation comes with a plan to carry it out.

    A single 90-minute meeting at our office or yours. No charge, no obligation.

  2. Stage two: Position Paper

    A written brief: the opportunity, the options, the risks and a clear recommendation.

  3. Stage three: Diligence & Engagement

    Counterparties engaged, terms negotiated and scope agreed, with the right partners brought in early.

  4. Stage four: Implementation & Oversight

    Hands-on support, monthly reports and quarterly reviews, through delivery and beyond.
